This notice describes how Backupvectorgrid Analytics (“we”) handle personal information when you use this website or request a consultation. What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, the consultation you have in mind, an optional date, the city or site you name, and the message. From email or telephone: whatever you choose to tell us. From the server that hosts the site: ordinary connection logs (address, time, page) kept by the host for security. We do not ask for identity numbers, payment card details, or copies of backup data through the website.
If you later engage us, job reports and restore notes may contain names of operators. We treat those as part of the engagement file.
Why we collect it
We answer your note, prepare an estimate, perform the consultation, keep records required by Georgian accounting rules, and — if you accepted analytics cookies — count which pages are read. Legal bases under Georgian data protection rules include steps toward a contract, our legitimate interest in running a small practice, and consent where you accepted analytics.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months, then deleted or reduced to a name and date if accounting still needs a line. Engagement files, including ledgers and invoices, are kept for six years after the last invoice, then destroyed unless a longer legal hold applies. Host logs follow the host’s rotation, typically under ninety days.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, or a copy of the information we hold, and you may object to or restrict some processing. Write to info@backupvectorgrid.digital. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. We will answer rights requests within the time Georgian law requires.
International transfers
Our office and files are in Georgia. If the site host or email provider stores a copy outside Georgia, we use a provider that offers a contract and safeguards appropriate to a small professional practice. We do not sell lists.
Sharing
We share information with the host of this site, our accountant, and — only when an engagement requires it — a translator or a colleague named to you in advance. We do not share for advertising.
Children
The site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect their information.
