This page applies to consultations booked with Backupvectorgrid Analytics: Recovery Readiness Reviews, restore drill observation, monthly ledgers, and archive mapping. We do not sell boxed products, software seats, or shipped goods, so those cases are omitted.
Eligibility
Fees may be returned when we have not yet used the reserved days, subject to the timeframes below. A deposit taken to hold a restore window is treated separately from fees for drawing already done.
Timeframe for asking
Write to info@backupvectorgrid.digital or telephone +995 431 555 547. Ask for a refund or a change of date as soon as you know, and no later than the morning of a reserved floor day if the reason is sudden.
Full return
If you cancel more than ten working days before the first reserved floor day, and we have not yet drawn pages or travelled, the fees paid for that engagement are returned in full, including any deposit.
Partial return
If you cancel between ten and three working days before the first floor day, we keep the deposit that held the restore window (if one was taken) and return the remainder. If drawing has already started from records you sent, we keep a fair portion for the pages already made, itemised in the reply, and return the rest.
Non-refundable items
- A deposit of 30% of the estimated field fees, when we have reserved a restore window with your named operator and declined other work for those dates. That deposit becomes refundable again only if we cancel.
- Travel already purchased at your written request.
- Monthly ledger fees for a month whose page has already been delivered.
Work already started
Once Giorgi is on the floor, that day’s field fee is earned even if you end the visit early. Unused later days are returned, minus any non-refundable deposit that was consumed by the window we held.
No-shows
If nobody from your side is present for a reserved day and you have not written to postpone, that day is charged. We will wait two hours on site before leaving.
Rescheduling
A first change of date, asked more than five working days ahead, is made without a fee if we can fill the old window. Later changes may consume the deposit. We will say so in writing before you confirm the new date.
Materials
We do not buy media or hardware for you. Paper copies of ledgers already printed are not taken back; we can send a replacement set at print cost if the first set was damaged in our courier’s hands.
How a return is paid
We return money by the same method you used (bank transfer in GEL unless we agree otherwise). Allow up to fourteen working days after we accept the request. Georgian bank calendars apply.
Our cancellation
If we cannot attend, we offer a new date or a full return of fees paid for the missed work, including deposits. We will not leave you without a written choice.
