These terms govern the use of this website and the consultations offered by Backupvectorgrid Analytics from Level 10, 42 Tamar Mepe Street, Kutaisi 4600. By reading the site or sending a note through the form, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not send a request.
The work
We provide professional consultations in backup and recovery reporting: readiness reviews, restore drill observation, monthly job ledgers, and archive mapping. We do not sell software, licences, or hardware. A written estimate and a confirmation of dates form the engagement. Until both exist, a form submission is only a note.
Acceptance of estimates
An estimate is valid for twenty-one days unless it says otherwise. Work begins when you confirm in writing and, where a restore window is reserved, when any deposit described on the refund page has arrived. We may refuse work that would require us to press production buttons without your named operator.
Intellectual property
The bound ledger and the drawings we produce are licensed to you for internal use, including copies for auditors and directors. We keep a file copy. You may not reprint the pages as a product, sell them, or present them as your own drawing. Your job reports and data remain yours. We do not claim them.
Your materials
You warrant that you may show us the reports and rooms you invite us into. You remain responsible for permissions, passwords, and the named operator. We are not the custodian of your copies.
Liability
We draw what we sampled. We do not warrant that unsampled jobs are sound, or that a future restore will match the one we watched. Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where Georgian law forbids a limit (including liability for intent or gross negligence). We are not liable for lost profits, missed tenders, or regulatory fines that arise from copies we did not sample.
Website
The pages, prices, and specimen images are informational. They are not an offer to the public at a fixed price. This site has no checkout.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. Courts in Kutaisi have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer under Georgian law.
Changes
We may update these terms on this page. The date of the current text is 18 August 2026. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the new text for website use; existing signed engagements keep the terms that were in force when they were confirmed.
